Ms Jokhadze has been with GCF since inception, initially as a CFO, then as Managing Director responsible for Finance, Risk and Investor Relations and currently as Deputy CEO in charge of Finance, Risk, Investor Relations and Corporate Matters. Prior to this, Ms Jokhadze has served as Head of Funding and Debt Capital Markets of Bank of Georgia, a FTSE 250 company, for eight years (2005-2013), raising over $2 billion in debt and equity financing for the bank and its clients. Ms Jokhadze’s experience includes financial advisory for Pace Global Energy Services in Washington DC, serving clients including top Russian Banks and energy companies, as well as structuring and pricing for CMS Energy Corporation, a Fortune 100 company [NYSE: CMS] in Houston, Texas. Between 1995 and 1999, Ms Jokhadze held various positions at international organizations such as UN, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (Copenhagen) and International IDEA (Stockholm). In 2005, Ms Jokhadze was awarded the title of Chartered Financial Analyst. She holds MA in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington DC and Bologna, Italy.
