Prior to becoming Managing Director of Georgian Co-Investment Fund in Finance, Risk and Investor Relations, Ms. Jokhadze joined the Georgian Co-Investment Fund as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to this, Ms. Jokhadze has served as Head of Funding and Debt Capital Markets of Bank of Georgia, a FTSE 250 company, for eight years (2005-2013), raising over $2 billion in debt and equity financing for the bank and its clients. Prior to this, Ms. Jokhadze held the position of Senior Consultant at Pace Global Services in Washington DC, providing financial advisory services to financial institutions and energy companies. Advisory projects included financial and strategic assessment for a top three Russian Bank, as well as valuation and structuring financing for various types of energy projects in Russia, Western Europe and North America. Prior to working for Pace, Ms. Jokhadze spent two years as a Structuring and Pricing Analyst with the Marketing and Trading arm of CMS Energy Corporation [NYSE: CMS] in Houston, Texas, where she structured and priced complex long-term energy transactions. Between 1995 and 1999, Ms. Jokhadze held various positions at international organizations such as UN, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and International IDEA in Tbilisi, Copenhagen and Stockholm. In 2005, Ms. Jokhadze was awarded the title of Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute. She holds an MA in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington DC and Bologna, Italy, and a BA in International Economics from the Georgian Technical University.
