Prior to becoming Head of Hospitality and Real Estate, Ms Kinkladze joined GCF as an Investment Analyst and then was promoted to Senior Investment Analyst position and later on to Associate position. Prior to this, Ms. Kinkladze worked as an Investor Analyst for Eastern Europe at Horwath HTL in Barcelona, Spain. Her duties included identifying and contacting potential investors from Russia and other Eastern European markets, managing the company portfolio, and negotiating with potential investors. Before starting her work at Horwath HTL, Ms. Kinkladze was an Auditor in Charge at Deloitte & Touche. As part of her duties she audited financial statements and reviewed various businesses, including National Bank of Georgia and BTA Bank. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Major in Finance) at Caucasus University and holds a Master’s Degree in Innovative Hospitality Management from TSI-Turismo Sant Ignasi (Ramon Llull University), Barcelona, Spain.
