Welness and Spa Resort on Mtsvane Kontskhi (Green Cape) is one of Georgian Co-Investment Fund's investment projects. It is located adjacent to the unique Batumi Botanical Garden. 

The total investment size of the project is US$ 110 M and construction works are expected to be completed in 2019.

The hotel will feature 280 guest rooms, welness center operated by international brand, spa and fitness, conference halls, restaurants and cafes.
