Prior to becoming an Associate Director of Georgian Co-Investment Fund in Agriculture and Logistics, Ms. Kobalia joined the Fund as a Senior Associate in Agricultural sector. Prior to this, Ms. Kobalia was the Head of Programs Management Department at Georgian Agricultural Corporation. At GAC, she managed several programs with budget of $30M and a staff of 30 people, along with developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with government regulations. Prior to this, Ms. Kobalia held the position of Deputy Director at Tbilisi International Airport. Her responsibilities included overseeing implementation of objectives and policies for departments, developing and realizing a business plan for the airport and acting as a liaison point for government agencies and institutions. Ms. Kobalia also lectures on Agricultural Business Planning at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from European School of Management in Tbilisi. Ms. Kobalia completed her MBA/MSc in Food and Agribusiness at ESPM, Brazil and Audencia Business School, France.
