GeoAgro owns 1,055 ha of agricultural land in one cluster in the Abasha Region, West Georgia, which makes the Company one of the largest agricultural crop producers in the region. The company specializes in the production of various annual crops as well as perennial crops. The company operates a modern grain storage and drying facility with a capacity of 7,500 tons.
In 2017, GeoAgro, in collaboration with Ferrero-Georgia and Georgian Hazelnut Growers Association, has launched a large-scale hazelnut orchard project to turn GeoAgro into one of the biggest players in the local market. The modern hazelnut industrial orchard development has been planned on the territory of 600 ha in three stages. The first two stages have been completed, and 410 ha hazelnut orchard was established. The final third stage of planting 190 ha is planned to be completed by spring 2020.
